Acquisition of a plot

The first step of the building process on Mallorca is finding the right plot of land on which to build your home. At Casal Mallorquí we have exclusive plots that will meet your expectations.

Only when we have found an ideal location that you are completely satisfied with, do we move on.

If you already have a plot of land in Mallorca, all you need to do is provide us with the relevant documentation and we will take it from there.

Step 02

Design your home

We will listen carefully to you to understand the style of your ideal house: rustic or modern, minimalist or classic, traditional house or passive house?

We will take into account your needs, tastes and preferences and advise you on the choice of an architect that perfectly suits your style.

Step 03

Construction planning and documentation

All great events begin with a well thought out plan.

We plan with you the entire construction process on Mallorca and advise you at any time.

We take care of the tedious paperwork and construction support. This makes the building process stress-free for you and your family.

Step 04

Bill of quantities and budget

While we wait for the permits, we take the time to prepare the site and get quotes from the various companies and professionals that will be involved in the project: contractors, carpenters, electricians, etc.

Once we have reviewed the offers, we present all the information to you in an orderly fashion, compare them and translate them into your language, so that we can decide together with you which companies will be awarded the contract.

Step 05

Construction on site

As soon as we receive the necessary permits, we will start building your new house.

Our goal is that you enjoy the house construction on Mallorca and that it progresses quickly.

Every week you will receive a full report from the project manager, where you and your family can see the progress of your new home.

Qualitative construction management

At this stage of construction, both the technical architect and the project manager will perform these tasks:

Supervise the construction work on the site for you
Check the materials and details of the construction
Eliminate any unforeseen events
Make the desired changes to the structure
Organise a weekly meeting with all stakeholders
Log the work done every month

Step 06 · The most exciting part

Handing over the keys

Without a doubt, this is our favourite moment of the entire building process on Mallorca. The big day. Your dream has been ours for months, and this is a very emotional moment.

Before you move in

Your new home already has all the necessary connections: electricity, water and internet. You receive a complete house manual: heating and air conditioning, the alarm system, pool maintenance, the installations and the related warranties.

When you arrive

We also help you with any issues that may arise when moving to a new location: doctors, insurance, supermarkets, post office, town halls, restaurants, recreational activities.
